And a big thank you to my hilarious twinny for taking these photos, and editing them, g3tl00se Natasha Kent

A little lady from Brisbane, makes these cool bucket hats from vintage fabrics. She sells them in China Town in the Valley.

I found these earrings in a little Asian accessory store in Melbourne a month ago.

it just goes to show that the best kinda of accessories are not hard to come across.

Dress: Vintage

Once, maybe twice in your entire life, you will come across a piece of clothing that is all you represent in the world. This one is a 1960’s, maybe even 70’s mini dress. Its very short, but so am I. In this point in time it fits me perfect everywhere. So here is to being 5 foot, 45 kgs and flat chested!! A dress that makes one feel comfortable in their own skin.

Plus i couldn’t really look passed those colours. Or the fact that it has no label and that some point in time a girl like me has made this from a commercial pattern. With love.

Trend forecast: The Barrettes are Back

It’s true, the man repeller said it, herself. Barrettes are the new scrunchie. But if you’re like me, then you’ll already have them sitting in a dark corner of your bathroom cupboard, collecting dust; so theres no need to go out on a limb for these lil’ puppies. They’re just a discovery, waiting to be rediscovered.

Alexa Chung wears them- just for reassurance

Gwynth Paltrow, a la, The Royal Tenenbaums

Twiggy even sported them back in the 60’s.
